   Job Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the hospital mission and goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform pre-hospitalization assessments, initial treatment protocols in accordance to PHECC guidelines and reassuring patients and bystanders by working in a confident, efficient manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Complete Daily Ambulance &amp; Equipment checklists as per Ambulance Service Policy.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ambulance services policies and procedures are adhered to (Safety and Cleanliness, Infection Control, Scope of Practice, Billing).
  </li>
  <li>
   Medical equipment's are kept in good working order and discrepancies are reported to team leader.
  </li>
  <li>
   Initiative to learn new skills and tasks as they apply to the support of the ambulance service.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain Professional ethics &amp; Proficiency in English Language.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain and update the Patient Records, other documentations as per Ambulance service policy.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain the Department Performance plan and ensure that the department&rsquo;s objectives and KPI&rsquo;s are achieved.
  </li>
  <li>
   Have the competencies to perform all skills including medications, as defined in the PHECC Medication and Skills Matrix as modified and approved by DCAS to meet the requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   EMT maintain their on-going clinical competence by participation in continuous professional competency programs.
  </li>

   Education:
  </strong>
 </p>

  <li>
   Graduation in Medical Specialty Qualification
  </li>
  <li>
   Diploma in Emergency Medical Technology or Equivalent
  </li>
 </ul>

 </p>

   Experience:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum of (2) years experience post registration/certification
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in ER or Ambulance as EMT post registration/certification
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Candidate MUST have both license : DHA License as Registered Nurse and DCAS EMT License
   </strong>
  </li>
