  The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products throughout the development lifecycle. They work closely with development teams to identify and address defects, verify adherence to quality standards, and enhance the overall user experience. The SQA Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that software meets customer requirements and delivers a seamless and error-free user experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Responsible for Web-based, mobile-based testing for high-traffic websites and client/admin portals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured checklists, test plans and test cases to ensure adequate testing of development code prior to release to production.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create and conduct automated testing of software applications, including integration and regression testing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build product test strategies, write and execute test plans, file bugs using Jira, and communicate with the team about issues, risks, and product quality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in the review of requirements and design documents to ensure testability.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in troubleshooting and triggering of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Document testing results and create test reports for various stakeholders, including senior management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, driving the adoption of best practices and standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a subject matter expert in software testing, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  </li>

    Qualifications:
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance in an agile environment with a background in cryptocurrency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of Web services and API Testing Tools (Postman, SOAP UI).
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  </li>
