  About The Role
  <br/>

 As a Huuva General Manager, you have full ownership of your market - essentially meaning that you are the CEO of a startup within a startup. Your mission is to build a world-class team and create a step-change in Germany's delivery food offering, support local food creators to prosper and drive sustainable growth for the entire industry.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 You&rsquo;ll own the P&amp;L for your market and will be building the operation and growing the market while maintaining a healthy level of profitability. Your work requires analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, marketing skills, restaurant partnerships and building a kitchen operation with the support of our world-class technology team.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 While we'll provide you with a lot of help and support, you are also expected to strive as an independent manager and have an exceptional ability to execute every day.

  Your Responsibilities

   Become the CEO of the market
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage the German market P&amp;L and take care of profitability and scalability
  </li>
  <li>
   Leading the country team towards your vision
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead and guide the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive continuous growth through both existing and new locations
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure we have the best possible partners on board and make sure they&rsquo;re successful
  </li>
  <li>
   Iron out processes and improve continuously while sharing your learnings with our HQ and other markets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Seek and develop new supplier partnerships.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create and execute viral campaigns for consumers with the marketing team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with our comms &amp; PR to make sure that Huuva is regularly noticed in the local press.
  </li>

   Recruit exceptional talent to your team

   Background from a highly dynamic environment e.g. high growth technology company, management consulting or equivalent

   Ability to recruit top talent
  </li>
  <li>
   Analytical and strategic mindset where you will be able to make data-driven decisions
  </li>

   Great communication skills and the ability to work in an organized way
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in English and German
  </li>
  <li>
   Passion for food is a big plus!
