Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Executive to join our video-focused Mid-Market team within our Large Customer Sales organization. This is an exciting time to join a new team in a role with broad scope and the potential to make real impact. This role will be focused on driving net-new business with a prospecting mindset.</p>
<p><strong>Key Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Generates advertising revenue by calling on ad agencies, new prospects, and consulting advertisers on Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.</li>
<li>Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunity and connect it with a value adding solution.</li>
<li>Generates a pipeline and influences buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.</li>
<li>Establishes credible relationships with ad agencies and advertiser decision makers.</li>
<li>Maps account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our video products best serves an advertiser’s needs.</li>
<li>Holds sales calls on existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service.</li>
<li>Prepares and delivers customized sales presentations to clients.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Santa Monica, CA, USA.</p>

<li>Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.</li>

<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>
<p>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $71,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $171,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
