The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Azure cloud services and a proven track record of developing predictive models from scratch, including segmentation, churn, acquisition, and/or credit risk models. An extensive background in conducting A/B testing to validate product performance and guide business decisions is paramount.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and deploy sophisticated predictive models using Azure stack.</li><li>Lead extensive A/B testing campaigns to optimize product performance and business strategies.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.</li><li>Manage end-to-end data science project lifecycles from conception to deployment and monitoring.</li><li>Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data science role.</li><li>Strong proficiency with Azure cloud services and its data science toolkit.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in creating at least one type of predictive model from scratch: segmentation, churn, acquisition, or credit risk.</li><li>Extensive experience in A/B testing methodologies and best practices.</li><li>Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and SQL.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).</li><li>Certifications in Azure or other cloud services.</li></ul>
