<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Project Manager</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Vancouver, Canada</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><p>Support technology solutions within healthcare across the province, including supervision of staff development and continuous improvement of technology service business processes practices.</p><h3>Requirements:</h3><h4>Qualifications:</h4><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or related field</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5 years of recent related experience in large complex multi-site organizations, including a minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Team player with well-developed interpersonal communication skills, experience managing and coaching teams to high performance, customer-focused, critical thinking skills, ability to build and maintain effective relationships, strong technology background, knowledge of ITIL framework, relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified System Engineer</li></ul><h4>Other Information:</h4><ul><li><strong>Commitment:</strong> Commitment to upholding shared responsibility in creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada per TRC 2015 and BC's Declaration Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act 2019</li><li><strong>Knowledge Assets:</strong> Knowledge of social, economic, political, historical realities impacting indigenous communities, familiarity with Indigenous Cultural Safety, anti-racism, BC DRIPA, TRC reports</li></ul>
