<p>Skilled communicator capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment collaborating and contributing to teams, stakeholders, and clients.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Managing construction activities</li><li>Overseeing construction site work</li><li>Ensuring compliance with YVR standards and safety procedures</li><li>Administering construction contracts</li><li>Processing project documentation</li><li>Supporting Project Engineer</li><li>Handling materials management</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum five years construction management experience</li><li>At least two years in an airport or similar complex environment</li><li>Knowledge of construction contracts, industry practices, cost estimating, scheduling, safety, hazardous materials management</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to organize, coordinate, time manage, and assess risks</li><li>Proficiency in CAD/BIM and project management software such as Procore or equivalent</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Supplemented certificate/diploma in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.</p><h3>Other Information</h3><p>Permanent full-time opportunity at Vancouver Airport Authority with a salary range of $72,008 - $94,115 per annum based on a 37.5-hour work week individually tailored to reflect unique experience and qualifications and internal equity.
