<h3>Director Corporate Sales Western Region - Job Summary:</h3><p>Director Corporate Sales Western Region responsible for leading and managing corporate sales strategy and operations in the Western region of Canada. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in corporate sales, business development, and team management. The successful candidate, based in Vancouver, will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Innivec's market presence in the Western region.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Developing and implementing a comprehensive corporate sales strategy</li><li>Leading and managing the corporate sales team</li><li>Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities</li><li>Driving revenue growth</li><li>Recruiting and mentoring the sales team</li><li>Conducting market analysis</li><li>Ensuring customer satisfaction</li><li>Overseeing sales operations and reporting</li><li>Collaborating with other departments</li><li>Participating in cross-functional projects</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate sales with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth</li><li>Strong strategic thinking, analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required</li><li>Experience with CRM software, sales analytics tools, financial acumen, and budget management</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel as needed within the Western region to meet clients and support sales activities</li></ul>
