<h3>Role</h3><p>Looking for a strategic, collaborative, and influential Talent Intelligence Lead with a background in talent insights and research practices. The Talent Intelligence Lead will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders across the company to apply broad knowledge and strategic direction, providing deep insights into regional, industry, and competitor-focused talent trends. This role is an expert source for research and analysis of the external talent landscape, with specific knowledge of the global manufacturing supply chain quality landscape. The Talent Intelligence Lead will partner across business units, functions, and global regions to develop global, cross-company talent strategies focused on solving important talent needs, maximizing the latest opportunities, and responding to evolutions in the talent market.
