Incumbents are expected to perform a full range of duties within established procedures...</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Education: College degree or Associate degree or 2 years related work experience or High school diploma/equivalent with 3 years related work experience</li><li>Experience: 1-3 years of experience in PC repair, network analysis, ITIL implementation</li><li>Skills:</li><ul><li>Repairing PCs and peripherals</li><li>Software installation and repair</li><li>Network analysis and troubleshooting</li><li>ITIL implementation</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively with users, maintain confidential data, analyze problems, communicate effectively, operate server hardware and software, maintain Apple iOS and OSx hardware, operate Windows-based PC hardware and software, exercise good judgment and flexibility, perform highly skilled PC maintenance, and follow standard practices and procedures</li><li>A+ Network Certifications preferred</li></ul></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with handheld scanners, label printers, ruggedized equipment, Macintosh OS, Windows OS, MS Office products, and troubleshooting skills.
