<h3>Customer Support Specialist</h3><p><strong>This is a completely remote position for a California-based company. Must be able to work Full-time hours and at least one weekend day (evenings preferred).</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist that is open to weekend coverage with a passion for technology and beauty to assist customers when using Musely FaceRx treatments and services. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, providing solutions and guiding treatment users through a new skincare journey. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn customer trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company with excellent customer support and attention to detail.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, chat, or social media</li><li>Analyze and report reoccurring issues</li><li>Monitor complaints on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and reach out to provide assistance</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved</li><li>Gather customer feedback and share with other teams</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role</li><li>Patience when handling tough cases</li><li>Experience using help desk software and remote support tools</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Multi-tasking abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>BA/BS in Communications or relevant field preferred</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred</li><li>2+ years previous customer service/retail/restaurant experience</li><li>Friendly and welcoming manner with customers, doctors and pharmacists</li><li>Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner</li><li>Strong command of written and verbal English</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations</li><li>Fluency in Spanish is a plus</li><li>Interest in skincare strongly desired</li></ul><h3>The Company</h3><p>Musely provides medical skin care treatments through technology.
