As a Technical Implementation Analyst for Digital products, you will work cross-functionally, collaborating with the Onboarding & Customer Success teams to support our customers with app deployments and web integrations.</p><h3>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</h3><ul><li>Provide world-class support to our customers when implementing the software into their website.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.</li><li>Use your design eye and strong HTML/CSS skills to provide visually appealing and functional web integrations.</li><li>Oversee JIRA projects and tickets, ensuring timely progress and resolution.</li><li>Perform daily administrative tasks including updating tickets and corresponding with stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to meet client requirements and expectations.</li><li>Manage app assets in AWS S3 buckets, including images, build configuration information, and other essential resources.</li><li>Maintain organized storage and access to all app-related assets.</li><li>Design and create app assets for clients, such as splash screens and icons.</li><li>Customize app visuals to meet specific branding requirements for each client.</li><li>Run, test, and upload app builds using Xcode, Android Studio, and yarn scripts.</li><li>Create and manage store listings on Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring all submissions are prepared for review.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app builds and deployments.</li><li>Engage with Apple and Google support teams to address issues related to app submissions.</li><li>Ensure all apps comply with the evolving terms and conditions of both Apple and Google platforms.</li><li>Stay updated on platform guidelines and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.</li></ul><h3>WHAT YOU’LL NEED:</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of modern CMS such as Wix, Wordpress & Squarespace.</li><li>A computer science, digital marketing or other relevant degree.</li><li>Outstanding organisational, scheduling and time management skills.</li><li>High EQ/interpersonal skills in working with diverse stakeholders and a willingness to strive for positive customer outcomes.</li><li>Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient.</li><li>A natural desire to build meaningful partnerships and seek out solutions for customers.</li></ul><h3>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:</h3><ul><li>Purpose led company with a Values focused culture – Best Life, One Team, Growth Mindset.</li><li>Time Off – with our open PTO policy, you pick when you want time off when it’s best for you!</li><li>Days of Disconnect – once a quarter, we take a collective breather and enjoy a day off together around the globe.</li><li>Parental & Pawternity Leave – we offer leave for when your family grows by two feet or four paws!</li><li>Fitness Perk – we are committed to meeting you wherever you are in your fitness journey with a quarterly reimbursement.</li><li>Discounts – access to discounts with our partners, such as Dell, Microsoft & many more.</li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision coverage.</li><li>EAP – we get you help when you need it.
