<p>Adtaxi is seeking a Social Campaign Manager to execute paid social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, focusing on strategic planning and ROI optimization, with proficiency in Meta Business Manager.</p><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Execute paid social media marketing campaigns for a variety of clients across Meta, Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat</li><li>Gather assets in Salesforce, auditing the assets and setting up social campaigns in platform</li><li>Clearly understand and communicate the needs of an advertiser into a strategic plan created for their performance goals</li><li>Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget</li><li>Understand advertiser goals, market position and expectations to tailor a digital strategy</li><li>Extend optimization and strategic efforts beyond click-through rate, utilizing our suite of customized conversion tracking and analytics tools to focus on advertiser ROI, setting and beating benchmark returns month over month</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of Tag Management</li></ul><h3>What you will bring:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience</li><li>1+ years of Paid Social Media ad buying experience; serious about managing paid social campaigns on several platforms</li><li>Have extensive Meta Business Manager experience</li><li>Enjoy ‘getting into the weeds’ about paid campaign strategy and analytics</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and show strong attention to detail</li><li>Possess exceptional time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple and ongoing tasks</li><li>Have agency experience or similar background working with multiple advertiser accounts</li></ul><p>The annual salary range is $53,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance.
