   Responsible for the execution of all related technical application engineering topics for diesel genset direct sales orders in APAC
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>

  Sales Support Matters
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support sales engineering team on balance of plant design topics. Advise on best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support sales on lessons learnt with the customers.

  Order Execution &ndash; PSB Engineering
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Take over the order from the Sales and execute the technical scope with the Project Manager.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the Project Manager to find the balance between technical solutions and project budget.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages the order with internal departments, suppliers and contractors till all contractual requirements and
  </li>
  <li>
   obligations are fulfilled.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide the order specific technical drawings, technical documents, and technical manuals for the customer&rsquo;s
  </li>
  <li>
   technical representatives. To coordinate and support successful plant integration.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the factory on the order specific technical drawings and technical documentations. Ensure the factory scope fulfills to the agreed requirements with the customer.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the suppliers on the order specific technical drawings and related technical documentations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Calculate and verify the supplier&rsquo;s technical proposals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Finalize the design of the balance of plant deliverables.
  </li>
  <li>
   Raise the purchase requisitions for the balance of plant scope of supply.
  </li>
  <li>
   Integrate the balance of plant scope to form up the final product.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the balance of plant scope fulfills to the agreed requirements with the customer.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the subsidiaries and partners on technical topics related to the site execution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the Project Manager on the lessons learnt with the suppliers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepares and carries out technical presentations and training.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarize oneself with the applicable international and in country technical standards.

   Travels overseas on business, when required.

   Updates oneself with the technical developments of the market and internal products.

  Qualifications And Skills
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   University / college studies in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical experience in the diesel / gas engine / genset industry or Power Generation industry, min. 5 years.
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands on experience on regional engineering project management, site installation, site supervision and
  </li>
  <li>
   commissioning of diesel genset with knowledge of electrical power systems and genset control system
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of engineering calculation for genset and electrical power systems. Knowledge of switchgear and electrical power protection would be an added advantage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good understanding of Asian cultures and business practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good team player with proactiveness, good communication skills and positive attitude.
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to travel. Mainly in APAC.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in English language.
