You will help them focus on what they most like and signed up for – actual dental work – by building a cloud-driven practice that enables them to lead their company with ease at a mouse click. If you love what you do, we’ll prove it to you.</p><p>We are enhancing our development team aimed at making ZaWin more scalable, flexible, and maintainable, while also aligning it with modern development practices and technologies. Different components of ZaWin can be scaled independently based on demand, improving the application‘s overall scalability, which allows us to respond more effectively to market changes and customer needs.</p><h3>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>You will be part of the team migrating ZaWin to a modern architecture splitting the monolith into business logic and frontend.</li><li>You will create the business logic as an ASP.NET API using Kestrel creating the backend portion of ZaWin where all the core functionalities, data processing, and decision-making processes are handled.</li><li>You will create the user interface and user experience part of ZaWin using Blazor.</li><li>You will follow agile methodologies developing and refactoring modules in team sprints.</li></ul><h3>ROLE REQUIREMENTS – What you’ll bring</h3><ul><li>College degree in computer science or similar.</li><li>Intermediate level of proficiency in the German language (ex. B1).</li><li>Good level in C# or Java, SQL, Debugging.</li><li>Good understanding of concepts such as Inheritance, Polymorphism, Generics, Memory Management (Garbage Collector), Parallel Programming, Async Programming.</li><li>Experience in programming in a team, e.g., contribution to open-source projects.</li><li>Quick at understanding and reading foreign code.</li><li>Enjoy redesigning and refactoring.</li><li>Good level in HTML / CSS / JS is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in Blazor / ReactJS is a plus.</li><li>Self-managing, critical thinker, analytically strong, and a ‘let’s get this rolling’-mentality.</li></ul><h3>What you can expect</h3><ul><li>Above average salary – we want the best, we thrive for the best compensation.</li><li>Lucrative goal-oriented bonus program and additional vacation days.</li><li><strong>Personal development:</strong> The opportunity to develop into a leadership position if desired.
