That's why we hire carefully and celebrate people.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation for customers.</li><li>Consult with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.</li><li>Evangelize the business value of the ServiceNow solutions.</li><li>Develop and enhance application prototypes on the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Conduct architectural and/or technical workshops including enablement sessions.</li><li>Document and present technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems.</li><li>Provide mentoring to solution consulting peers and colleagues within the organization.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years experience as a solution consultant/architect.</li><li>3+ years experience in architecting and delivering complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Experience facilitating client-facing workshops.</li><li>Strong communication skills and executive level presence.</li><li>Fluency in third-party integrations using web services.</li></ul>
