If this sounds like you, please join us!</p><h3>About this Opportunity</h3><p>Autobody Technicians repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber S.O.P., insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards.</p><p>You're excited about this opportunity because you will...</p><ul><li>Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Service Advisors in assessing damage</li><li>Plan work procedure and follow work order</li><li>Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window and seat operating equipment</li><li>Mend damaged body and ensure all fits are to industry standards</li><li>Operate a variety of hand and power tools</li><li>File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces</li><li>Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles</li><li>Wash and prepare vehicles for customer return</li><li>Comply with all Caliber safety rules and standards</li></ul><p>Perform other related duties as assigned</p><p>We're excited about you because...</p><ul><li>You are at least 18 years of age</li><li>You have the ability to effectively communicate with others</li><li>You can read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders</li><li>You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li><li>You have a personable, friendly demeanor with World Class customer service approach</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements / Working Conditions</h3><p>Position is based in a normal shop environment.
