<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Prepare the work plan for the employees, ensuring an appropriate distribution of work.</li><li>Supervise and maintain the operations of the Unit in compliance in accordance with the approved work plan.</li><li>Continuously evaluate, analyze, and identify areas of opportunity for improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with work and projects within the determined or assigned dates.</li><li>Ensure that billing is done and collections are processed in a timely manner.</li><li>Other tasks as necessary.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of three years of experience performing similar functions.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.</li><li>Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; and Microsoft Dynamics (GP).</li><li>Knowledge of accounts receivable and billing.</li></ul><h3>Education:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul><h3>Experience:</h3><ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Financing: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Supervisor: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Customer service: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Credit: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Accounts receivable: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Accounting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul><h3>Language:</h3><ul><li>English very fluently (Required)</li><li>Spanish very fluently (Required)</li></ul>
