<h3>Job Description:</h3>
<p>HPE Services is our innovative IT services organization. It provides the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation – giving clients the most effective solutions for a fast-paced, modern business along with the expertise to achieve maximum business benefit, and to deliver better experiences.</p>
<h3>In a typical day as a Solution Architect, you would:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Establish trusted advisor relationships at senior levels for specific customers.</li>
<li>Craft detailed and well-documented hybrid cloud solutions that address the specific needs and challenges presented in an RFP in close collaboration with the sales team.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business units, conduct workshops, and gather detailed technical requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitate goal-aligned discussions with customer stakeholders and propose technical solutions aligned on HPE’s and partner portfolio.</li>
<li>Provide strategic guidance for hybrid cloud adoption, aligning with business objectives.</li>
<li>Develop cost models and recommend strategies for optimal cloud spending.</li>
<li>Define and communicate the hybrid cloud adoption roadmap, including key milestones.</li>
<li>Design end-to-end hybrid cloud architectures, seamlessly integrating on-premises infrastructure.</li>
<li>Lead implementation, ensuring compliance, security, and adherence to best practices.</li>
<li>Oversee migration of applications and data between on-premises and cloud.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor and optimize hybrid cloud performance, implementing automation.</li>
<li>Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices and assist with the development of the technical community.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Your technical skills:</h3>
<ul>
<li>At least 7 years of experience in IT Architecture</li>
<li>Very good market knowledge of IT consulting services in the field of cloud transformation, including IaaS/PaaS, DevOps, CI/CD, containers</li>
<li>Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of Linux, Windows OS, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure and microservices would be nice to have</li>
<li>Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or similar role, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.</li>
<li>Proficient in infrastructure design and architecture methodologies.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of cloud computing and hybrid infrastructure models.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Your professional skills:</h3>
<ul>
<li>A strong professional with consistent business acumen and general management leadership abilities including accountability.</li>
<li>Able to build relationships with C-level executives in client organizations.</li>
<li>Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation.</li>
<li>Native in Swedish and fluent in English languages (in writing and speaking).</li>
</ul>
