<p><strong>Bulten is looking for a CIO who will lead our digitization and IT journey</strong></p>
<p>The CIO will, in cooperation with Bulten’s executive management team, define, plan, and implement a digitalization and IT strategy that meets the company’s business needs. The position will ensure the right level of proactive collaboration with Bulten’s business and functions, with a special focus on the digitalization of manufacturing and operations. Further, this position will also have the role as CISO, with responsibility for the information security management in Bulten. The position is located in Gothenburg, at Bulten’s headquarter.</p>
<p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in driving IT and digitalization within the manufacturing industry, in a similar role combining both strategic outlook and hands-on IT leadership and delivery.</li>
<li>Documented senior experience in leading roles of digitalization and IT with a great track record in the leadership of both IT technical teams and business change initiatives.</li>
<li>Experience of building relationships with business stakeholders in different levels of the organization in an international environment is key for success as well as gaining a deep understanding of Bulten’s full value chain and business concepts in order to propose an IT and digitization strategy that meets the needs.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of the current and up-and-coming trends in the IT/digitalization field. The position holder is also expected to act hands-on and provide active leadership and support.</li>
<li>Great understanding of all undertakings in an IT organization, technical and operational IT, business applications/ERP, information & cyber security management, maintenance and support procedures, program and project management, and of course leadership skills to continuously develop the personnel and the IT organization.</li>
<li>A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field.</li>
