<h3>This is the job</h3><p>In your position as an AML Analyst, you will belong to a team of 9 passionate colleagues based both in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The team consists of AML Analysts working primarily operative and supporting the operational improvements and AML Specialists working with onboarding of customers. You will be an integral part of strengthening Zimpler's AML processes and play an important role in ensuring the product isn't used for illegal purposes, as at Zimpler AML is highly prioritized and is at the heart of the business.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and conduct investigations as necessary</li><li>Investigate and handle 3rd party request from authorities (such as the police, tax authority etc)</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with AML regulations</li><li>Keep up-to-date with changes to AML regulations</li><li>Support developing improvements in working methods for the team</li><li>Prepare and evaluate information about customers to ensure efficient customer onboarding and customer due diligence</li></ul><h3>Skillset required:</h3><ul><li>Analytical thinking, paying attention to details and capturing and recording important data</li><li>Strong interest in AML regulations and compliance</li><li>Adaptability to new tasks and situations</li><li>Time management skills</li><li>Effective communication with different stakeholders</li><li>Experience working with Excel</li><li>Proficiency in Swedish and English</li><li>Self-motivated and a fast learner</li></ul><h3>Why it's cool to work with us?</h3><ul><li>Varied work tasks</li><li>Ability to see your impact on the processes and decision making</li><li>Inclusive and supportive team</li><li>Supporting management with large growth potential</li><li>Fun activities outside of work</li></ul><h3>Zimpler Philosophy</h3><p>Zimpler is rapidly expanding in new key markets with a mission to simplify payment transactions everywhere.
