If you are looking for a new adventure as an accountant, and to make a difference in a business with constant changes and great growth potential, then this is the role for you. We have many exciting & challenging projects which we would like you to be involved in, including the development of our features and new products. The below responsibilities are only a small sample of what you will be working on.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>General Accounting and assistance in the preparation of management accounts</li><li>Month-end accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations</li><li>Revenue reconciliation and preparation of accounting entries</li><li>Various Balance Sheet items reviews</li><li>Ensure that all employee expenses have been pre-approved, have occurred in the normal course of business, and have supporting documentation</li><li>Billing</li><li>Support your line manager to develop and implement processes, systems and policies in line with the finance improvement plans</li><li>VAT Returns preparation</li><li>Testing of new Product features that impact our customers</li><li>Ad-hoc analysis as required</li><li>Assistance with the Annual Statutory audit and preparation of financial statements</li></ul><h3>Tooling</h3><ul><li>Slack</li><li>G-suite</li><li>Netsuite</li><li>Asana</li><li>Metabase</li><li>Excel</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>What we need to see</strong><ul><li>You hold a degree in Finance or Business administration preferably with an accounting orientation</li><li>You are detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong written and spoken English and Swedish skills</li><li>A problem solving, hands on and common sense approach, not afraid to talk to multiple stakeholders and challenge their responses</li></ul></li><li><strong>What we’d love to see</strong><ul><li>Interest in automation and an open mind to integrate AI to your work</li><li>Experience with Netsuite</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Your people</h3><p>We practice people-first culture.
