<h3>Field Service Technician - Sweden</h3>
<p><strong>Main tasks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls</li>
<li>Delivering technical product demonstration to customer as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating and programming of the machine tools in scope</li>
<li>Support to spare parts by determining parts required by the customer</li>
<li>Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation</li>
<li>Several years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics</li>
<li>Operational experience with machine controls</li>
<li>Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship</li>
<li>IT skills (MS Office)</li>
</ul>
