<h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Sales visits to company facilities, give marketing presentations, and attending trade shows as needed.</li><li>Ability to present and communicate sales strategy to Manager and team.</li><li>Provide guidance on product price, promotion, and placement</li><li>Establish a marketing budget and adhere to budget once approved</li><li>Identify, qualify, and close market opportunities (grow product sales)</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales efforts.</li><li>Submitting weekly timesheets and monthly expense reports.</li><li>Developing strategic relationships with key customers in the industry.</li><li>Be a key member of the team responsible for generating revenue and increasing the company's order book (projected sales?).</li></ul><h3>Education and Experience:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.</li><li>2-4 years sales and marketing experience required.</li></ul><h3>Qualification/Skill:</h3><ul><li>Valid driver's license and valid passport required</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and customers in both written and verbal formats. High level of diplomacy.</li><li>Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.</li></ul><h3>Work Environment:</h3><p>This role reports to the office and includes a <strong>minimum</strong> of 30% international and domestic travel.</p><h3>Physical Job Requirements:</h3><p>This position is located in the administrative offices of a manufacturing facility which requires prolonged sitting, standing, and walking.
