 arketing efforts for Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square Hotel to include; performance marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, research and analytics.

    What You Will Be Doing:

   Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee campaigns for the Sales &amp; Marketing Team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement proven strategies and promote Sofitel Philadelphia and Accor business, product, or service.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the Sofitel is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain all existing ones.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage and coordinate all marketing campaigns. Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with the Hotel Sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.

   Your experience and skills include:

   Previous Marketing management experience in a luxury setting.

   Excellent communication, organizational and creative skills.
  </li>

   Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  </li>

   An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and extreme professionalism.
  </li>
  <li>
   A can-do, positive attitude that enables, empowers and inspires others.
  </li>
  <li>
   An ability to naturally engage with guests and clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   A desire to learn and grow and a fast paced, challenging, exciting environment!
