In this role you&rsquo;ll be a driving force behind the elegant, scalable solutions that make a measurable improvement on the lives of patients and healthcare workers alike. You will also have the opportunity to be a people manager, though this is not required.

   Empower and inspire a team of engineers, mentoring their growth and fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive the technical vision of your module, ensuring high code quality, robust testing, and comprehensive documentation
  </li>
  <li>
   Champion technical excellence through design reviews, test coverage, optimization, and proactive tech debt reduction
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to transform ideas into reality
  </li>
  <li>
   Be a hands-on contributor, writing code across the stack

  What You&rsquo;ll Bring
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   7+ years of experience building and deploying production-ready RESTful web services in cloud environments (AWS or GCP)
  </li>
  <li>
   A "get things done" attitude fueled by curiosity, passion, and a knack for creative problem-solving
  </li>
  <li>
   Expertise in a frontend language (JavaScript), and relational databases (MySQL)
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong system design expertise and a passion for building scalable, maintainable code
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 The offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.
