  We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a top entertainment company in New York, New York.
 </p>
 <p>

   Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Manages schedule, calendar and respective departments needs as needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Interacts with internal senior executives and their offices and external partners as needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages and prepares documents including meeting agendas, presentations, and reporting
  </li>
  <li>
   Occasionally creates presentations using Keynote, Google Docs or MS Office Suite
  </li>
  <li>
   Partners and works extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages Travel and Expense (including understanding of company expense policies) and creates expense reports and reconciles credit card account as needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintains standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists with departmental tasks, including conference room requests, team events, employee recognition efforts, offsites
  </li>
 </ul>

   Required Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   4 years experience with a high-volume executive
  </li>
  <li>
   BA, BS or equivalent
  </li>
  <li>
   SAP &amp; Workday experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Entertainment or marketing experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous Executive support experience in a digital environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with International territories and time zones preferred
  </li>
 </ul>
