   Key Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Provides customer service, as it relates to pricing and membership, to internal and external partners
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage complex supplier and customer pricing agreements
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and analyze supplier and customer contracts to ensure Company is compliant with agreements
  </li>
  <li>
   Determine appropriate member access to contract pricing based on required customer criteria
  </li>
  <li>
   Reviews and actions assigned work in queue according to department guidelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Research supplier and customer pricing and membership claims, and take corrective action as needed, within established timelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Escalates issues to management in a timely manner
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepares and reviews monthly sales reports, and other reports as assigned or requested by management
  </li>
  <li>
   Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements.
  </li>
 </ul>

  <strong>
   Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience analyzing data, and skilled data entry required
  </li>
  <li>
   SAP ERP Experience required
  </li>
  <li>
   Pricing and membership eligibility experience helpful
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  </li>
  <li>
   Intermediate Excel skills preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor specific deadlines
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative.
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to work hybrid out of Lake Mary, FL office
  </li>
  <li>
   Microsoft Office Skills
  </li>
  <li>
   SAP Experience
  </li>
 </ul>
