   Position Purpose:

 <p>
  Lead the development of new product design for the company&rsquo;s ornamental handrailing systems. This is a newly created position with a unique balance of responsibilities in product design, competitive assessments, marketing execution and consultative support.

   Specific Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Design new handrailing systems, update and refresh existing system designs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Be a resource for design support/consultation working with architects and general contractors during project bidding phase. Help ensure that Livers Bronze is specified as the basis for design.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead efforts with marketing team to develop or coordinate the development of sales resources, to include product data sheets, product specifications, autoCAD details and REVIT files.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of all structural drawings, details and models.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides design assistance on topics related to project planning, urban, commercial and site design for a variety of project types and scales
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead ongoing new project design ideation, assessing competitive offerings, architectural trends, and working within a creative greenspace to differentiate Livers Bronze handrailing systems.
  </li>
 </ul>

  <strong>
   Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  </li>
  <li>
   3+ years of relevant, demonstrable experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated competence with AutoCAD/Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS and 3D modeling tools
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to graphically explain ideas
  </li>
  <li>
   Competent presentation skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrates a consistent understanding of the delivery and implementation of design thinking
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to work closely with engineers and field inspectors to create models and drawings from hand sketches and written/verbal specifications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Basic knowledge of building codes and construction practices
  </li>
 </ul>
