  The User Experience Researcher (UX Researcher) plays a key role in evaluating the experience of our cloud-based enterprise software. They conduct user research studies, using various methods, to inform design and product management strategy. They are an influential advocate for user-centered design both internally and externally and approach research with pragmatism.

  As a UX Researcher, you are responsible for infusing user-centered design thinking in everything the UX and Product teams do. You challenge your team to improve both key UX metrics (user feedback, adoption, user satisfaction, and customer retention), and business metrics (customer satisfaction, reviews, sales, market-share).

   A Day in the Life of the User Experience Researcher:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Works closely with Research Lead, product team members, and various stakeholders to develop, conduct and report insights from user research studies
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilizes research methods such as: contextual inquiry, interviewing, task analysis, competitive analysis, formative and summative usability testing, A/B testing, personas, surveys, statistical analysis and card sorting
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilizes data visualization software to analyze and disseminate quantitative data
  </li>
  <li>
   Educates the team on the latest usability research methods
  </li>
  <li>
   Evangelizes user-centered design inside and outside the company
  </li>
  <li>
   Possibly includes low-fidelity prototyping, heuristic reviews, and web analytics
  </li>
  <li>
   This position will require working with colleagues in European time zones
  </li>

   You're knowledgeable. Solid foundation in experimental design and research methods, usability principles and interviewing techniques such as think-aloud protocols and qualitative analysis
  </li>
  <li>
   You&rsquo;re motivated. You&rsquo;re THE definition of a self-starter and a problem-solver. You&rsquo;re resourceful and pragmatic with excellent time management skills. You think a step ahead, propose new courses of action, and develop relationships across and outside the organization
  </li>
  <li>
   You&rsquo;re an open book. You communicate crisply and are a good listener. You go out of your way to be transparent in your actions and your words. Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills to share research findings and actionable recommendations
  </li>

   You&rsquo;re collaborative. You possess a desire to work with and influence researchers, designers, web analysts, content strategists, product managers and engineers, as well as stakeholders and customers

   You&rsquo;re a global thinker. You have a sensitivity and willingness to work across cultures and time zones. Willing to travel when required
