   Software skills (MUST HAVES):
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   5-8 -years of UX or related experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience,
  </li>
  <li>
   Usability Engineering, Experimental Psychology or related field
  </li>
  <li>
   Worked in agile teams delivering value in digital products
  </li>
 </ul>

   UX Researchers typically:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead definition of the research work and deliver business outcomes across multiple product teams, with minimal guidance and coaching
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, implement and analyze user research studies with the ability to flexibly scale them across desktop and mobile devices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with team members to define &amp; refine research objectives and ensure alignment with strategic, business and user goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with UX strategists, designers and fellow researchers to provide research expertise and support during workshops and ongoing UX activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide rapid prototyping support to communicate concepts/designs recommendations based on research conducted.
  </li>
  <li>
   Synthesize research data, summarize findings &amp; present results to management and project teams for both strategic and project level insight.
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with the product owner to help inform product strategy
  </li>
  <li>
   Work across the organization to drive consistent customer experiences
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to the culture of the Digital Workplace Experience Chapter Area (user research &amp; UXD)
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide research and product thought leadership
  </li>
