  The R&amp;D electrical engineer is part of the UPS product core team and responsible for improving and sustaining of ETO products. In this role you would take charge of the product design control and improvement concluded via analysis of electrical components, assemblies, sub-assemblies, and systems.
 </p>

  <strong>
   Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Work on UPS system design concept, calculations, component sizing and selection for product design control and improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   To develop design rules of product design standardization and customization together with PDL.
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical evaluation and estimates of product solution for business project requests.
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, conduct or coordinate engineering analysis, testing, report summary for product standardization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with other cross-functional squads to implement important initiatives on product design and standardization of UPS main components.
  </li>
  <li>
   Investigate and resolve technical problems involving product performance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical support on UPS systems design, customization and critical technical issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  </li>

   Requirements:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Degree in Electrical &amp; Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    5 -7 years of experience in electrical design
   </strong>
   and technical application.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity or experience with industrial
   <strong>
    UPS design
   </strong>
   is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good knowledge in
   <strong>
    electrical design and engineering of electrical systems
   </strong>
   , preferably UPS.
  </li>
  <li>
   Self-motivated, detail-oriented &amp; strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to work independently and collaborate well in a diverse team
  </li>
  <li>
   Good written and oral communication skill in English
  </li>
  <li>
   Good knowledge in MS Office apps usage.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Experience using SAP
   </strong>
   .
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in project management/execution(will be a plus).
  </li>
