 The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) Enterprise Systems Customer, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team of innovators in driving advancements in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for software development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps best practices and experience with GitLab, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and other related technologies. This individual will play a key role in modernizing our software development processes and infrastructure to achieve greater automation, scalability, and efficiency.

  Responsibilities And Duties
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Collaborate with software development teams to understand current processes and identify areas for CI/CD implementation and improvement
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple software projects
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Automate deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software updates
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and scalability
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Work with development teams to troubleshoot build and deployment issues
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Stay updated on industry best practices and technology advancements to continuously improve our CI/CD capabilities
 <br/>
 <br/>

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Proven experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Strong understanding of GitLab, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and other relevant tools and technologies
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Bash, Python, or PowerShell
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, researchers, and faculty.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) a plus.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 5 years of relevant working experience .
 <br/>
 <br/>
 This position is 100% remote. Out-of-state candidates are accepted. East Coast strongly preferred.
