  The Strategic Communications and Media Manager is a results-driven individual who sets and implements our communications strategy, manages media buys, and oversees a team responsible for scheduling all outbound communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, media buying, and team management. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills to ensure the effective execution of our digital content initiatives

   Qualifications:

   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   5+ years of experience in strategic planning, media buying, and team management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in leading and managing content or communication teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of media buying, content analytics, and user experience principles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency with media buying platforms, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  </li>

   Strategy Development and Implementation:

   Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

   Collaborate with the Manager of Digital Content to analyze performance data and refine strategies as needed.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Media Buys:
  </u>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Develop and execute media buying strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate contracts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor and analyze the performance of media buys and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Team Leadership and Management:

   Lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for scheduling and executing outbound communication campaigns, including email marketing, social media posts, and other digital communications.

  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure timely and accurate delivery of outbound messages to the target audience.
  </li>

   Oversee the scheduling and execution of all outbound communication campaigns.
