 Key Responsibilities:

   Business Analysis:
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document financial and accounting requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze and recommend solutions to improve financial processes and compliance
  </li>
  <li>
   Configuration and Customization:
  </li>
  <li>
   Configure SAP MM module settings to align with business requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP MM functionality
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements

   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 3 . Integration:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP FICO, and SAP HR, to maintain data consistency
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate data exchange between systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Testing and Validation:
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform unit and integration testing, and work with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  </li>
  <li>
   Documentation:
  </li>
  <li>
   Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP MM configurations, processes, and procedures
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide training and support documentation to end-user
  </li>
  <li>
   User Manual Testing:
  </li>
  <li>
   Train end-users on SAP MM functionality, financial reporting, and best practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues and address inquiries related to the SAP MM module

   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 7 Compliance and Reporting:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing procurement, such as environmental regulations, trade laws, and industry-specific standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement controls and processes to prevent non-compliance and mitigate associated risks
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure that procurement practices remain compliant
  </li>
  <li>
   Continuous Improvement: Qualifications and Requirements:
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or information technology is often required
  </li>
  <li>
   Extensive experience in SAP MM module configuration and implementation
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules and related technologies
  </li>
  <li>
   Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Project management skills and experience working on SAP implementation projects
  </li>
  <li>
   SAP MM certification is a significant advantage
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies
