 We are looking for an individual that has a passion for caring for the family unit and expresses this through compassionate, innovative care, while keeping safe patient centered care at the forefront of all decision making. This role functions as the Neonatal Resource Nurse, cares for ICN (Intermediate Care Nursery) level newborns and stable post-partum couplets. This role is a great mix of routine care of uncomplicated newborns and mothers and attending deliveries, managing emergencies, transition, and transfers.

 The Registered Nurse provides and directs clinically appropriate patient care to an individual or group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the Department of Nursing, the organization, and the scope and standards set forth by the American Nurses Association (ANA).

 Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more. The fourth floor of the hospital is devoted to our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.

 Electronic Fetal Monitoring- New Hires and New Graduates have 6 months to obtain

  Minimum Work Experience
