  Responsible for gathering business requirements and designing the system as per business needs. Work with Business leaders and IT teams to come up with the best optimal solution in a particular domain while ensuring the impact on other business domains. key activities include developing business cases, conducting analysis and recommending effective solutions to meet functional, technical and meeting business needs.

   Responsibilities
  </strong>
  :
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Develop and maintain Odoo modules, ensuring they meet our business requirements and are compatible with the latest version of Odoo.
  </li>
  <li>
   Customize and configure Odoo to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with project managers and clients to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Test and debug code to ensure it meets our high standards for quality and performance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work collaboratively with other developers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Document code and processes to ensure they can be easily maintained and updated.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Odoo and related technologies, and recommend improvements to our processes and systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyzes business workflows to address business needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develops and assists in the presentation of business cases.
  </li>
  <li>
   Documents system change due to bugs, design flaws, missing requirements or other root causes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitates design sessions with implementation team to define solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Delivers elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes or other detailed deliverables.
  </li>
  <li>
   Designs computer and network systems to meet technology needs of business applications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Research software and hardware products or services to find best solutions within defined budget to meet business requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performs system and network modeling, analysis and planning to implement solutions to meet business needs within financial budget guidelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Translates requirements to internal information technology teams such as software and hardware programmers, developers and network administrators to implement design.
  </li>
  <li>
   Reviews and analyzes current technology infrastructure and its ability to support strategic objectives.
  </li>

   Requirements:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   3-5 years of experience in Odoo development, with a strong understanding of Odoo architecture and the ability to customize and develop new modules.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of Python programming language, as well as front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to analyze, design, and develop software solutions to meet client requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of Linux environment is a plus.
  </li>

  Qualifications and Experience:
 </p>

   Graduate, MS/MCA or any equivalent degree
  </li>
  <li>
   5+ years of experience in same domain
  </li>
