 We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN-Registered Nurse to join our team in Kissimmee, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in open heart procedures and be able to provide exceptional patient care.

 <br/>
 Responsibilities:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions and vital signs before, during, and after open heart procedures
  </li>
  <li>
   Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  </li>
  <li>
   Documenting patient care and progress in electronic medical records
  </li>
  <li>
   Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
  </li>
  <li>
   Assisting with patient rehabilitation and discharge planning

   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment Required!
  </li>
  <li>
   Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
  </li>
  <li>
   BSN is preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
  </li>
  <li>
   CNOR preferred

   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
