Role: Door canvassing to generate appointments for retrofit assessors, offering free installations of energy efficiency measures for home eco improvements, increasing the value of their property and reducing monthly / yearly energy bills. All work is carried out by Trust mark guaranteed providers offering 20 years guarantee for any works completed. Role of the of Field sales representative:

   Using the EPC online government register identify which homes that are E, F or G and haven&rsquo;t been part of a retro fit previously.
  </li>
  <li>
   Once identified knock on the door showcase your communication prowess by effectively explaining the benefits of the ECO4 scheme and addressing any queries or concerns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Establish if the householder is on any of the listed benefits that will qualify for the free installations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Once the house holder / tenant is happy to proceed complete necessary paperwork with customers and ensure smooth deal submissions to the office. Requirements:

   Ability and confidence to generate leads by face-to-face door canvassing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Master the art of overcoming objections with confidence
  </li>
  <li>
   You will be results driven and thrive on both personal and financial success.

   A smart likeable person with an ability to create trust and build rapport.
  </li>
  <li>
   Own transport preferred. Benefits &amp; Earnings &ndash; this is a commission-based role with serious earning potential.

   Payment on these jobs work out between &pound;350 - &pound;500 per property, this increases on the size of the property and the level of EPC rating (The lower the rating the better so EPC G is the best financially). For Example: If you sign up 2 properties a day at &pound;500 you could potentially earn &pound;1000 per day =&pound;5,000 per week this is uncapped
