The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communicating with customers and employees.

Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls
* File paperwork
* Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors
* Customer Follow-up calls
Qualifications
* Able to work in a high pace/high volume environment
* Detail-oriented
* Able to work well with others and be part of a TEAM
* Work proficiently with Microsoft Office
* General accounting knowledge preferred
* Possess strong organizational skills to ensure that all warrant paperwork and documentation are completed and maintained in an orderly fashion
* Must have both strong written and verbal communication to ensure claims are completed in a timely, efficient manner
