 As a part of our User Acquisition team, you will work on our Real-time Bidding solution with Machine Learning and data-driven insights at its core. Our team mission is to architect and pioneer a new bidding algorithm in a rapid-growth and highly-shapable stage from the ground up.
   
  
 Job responsibilities
   
  
* Machine Learning Development: Research and develop state-of-the-art algorithms, construct and train machine learning models, and execute controlled experiments to evaluate their performance in live settings.
* Bidding Algorithm Optimization: Create and continuously enhance algorithms for real-time bidding and user acquisition. Understand and exploit the complexities of the bidding landscape to attract high-value users while maximizing ROI.
* Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into our platform. Provide insights and guidance on improving algorithmic efficiency and scalability.
* Model Deployment and Monitor: Ensure the successful deployment of machine learning models into production. Monitor and maintain model performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep models effective and efficient.
 Job requirements
   
  
* Minimum 2 years as a data scientist or machine learning engineer, and must have hands-on experience in machine learning model building.
* Technical skills:
+ Hands-on experience in Machine Learning libraries, particularly TensorFlow.
+ Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
+ Experience with Go is a bonus.
* Machine Learning Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical foundation in machine learning, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying advanced models that go beyond traditional classification and regression tasks.
