Requirements to be successful in this role:
* 2+ years supervisory experience in a hotel environment
* Brand experience is preferred
* Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and other departments
* Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
* Positive attitude that makes everyone feel welcomed

* Attention to detail- Strong focus on cleanliness and organization
Compensation: $22 hourly
