Job Summary:  
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager - Digital Marketing to join our team. With a proven track record in the digital marketing industry, the ideal candidate will bring strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive impactful results. This role is pivotal in managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, fostering client relationships, optimizing revenue, and leading a team towards success.
Key Responsibilities:  
Strategy Development and Execution:
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
* Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and video production.
Client Management and Retention:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Lead client presentations, providing strategic plans and performance reports.
Team Leadership and Development:
* Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, driving performance through goal setting, training, and continuous feedback.
Revenue Optimization and Campaign Management:
* Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, contributing to agency growth.
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including social media strategy, SEO, SEM, performance marketing planning, and influencer marketing coordination.
* Monitor campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in client management, campaign execution, and team leadership.
* Demonstrated success in managing high-profile brands and delivering measurable results.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
* Passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
* Collaborative team player with strong leadership capabilities.
* Client-focused with a knack for building lasting relationships and driving customer success.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and CRM software.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
