Role: Civil Engineer/Designer
Location: Rochester, NY, or Albany NY
Job Type: FullTime
Responsibilities:
· Prepare conceptual designs, preliminary cost estimates, and permitting documents
· Develop design documents, construction plans, technical specifications, and engineering reports
· Perform construction administration services, in office and in the field
Qualifications/ Experience:
· AAS or BS degree in Civil Engineering or a Civil-related field
· 5+ years of experience as a civil engineer, designer, or resident engineer
· Course work in civil/infrastructure design, transportation engineering, water resources, pavement engineering, construction management, and related topics
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
· Strong communication skills
· EIT required, PE preferred
· Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
· Ability to obtain Airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge required, including Federal Background Check (with clear record)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,231.00 - $120,451.00 per year
