Job Description
#### Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten: Prozessentwicklung * Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Fertigungsprozesse sowie deren Anpassung gemäss dem Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Standard, speziell für Luftfahrtanwendungen * Erstellung der benötigten APQP Grundlagen wie Prozessflussdiagramme, Kontrollpläne, Arbeitsanweisungen, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) und sonstige Prozessdokumentationen * Überführung der APQP Dokumentationen in die ERP-Stammdaten * Sicherstellen, dass alle Prozesse den strengen luftfahrtrechtlichen Standards und Zertifizierungen entsprechen * Evaluierung und Auswahl geeigneter Maschinen, Werkzeuge und Ausrüstungen * Erstellung von Machbarkeitsuntersuchen und Erarbeitung von grundlegenden Make-or-Buy-Prinzipien * Mitarbeit bei Design-to-Cost Analysen während der Produktentwicklung * Teilleitung oder Mitarbeit in internen Projekten Prozessoptimierung* Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen in bestehenden Fertigungsprozessen durch systematische Analysen * Umsetzung von Lean Manufacturing-Prinzipien zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Verringerung von Verschwendung * Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsteam zur Sicherstellung der Prozessqualität und -stabilität Prozessautomatisierung * Mitarbeit oder Teilleitung von Prozessautomatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekte innerhalb der gesamten Produktionslogistik #### Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind: * Abgeschlossenes Studium (HF oder FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fertigungs-/Produktionstechnik oder eines verwandten Bereiches * Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessentwicklung * Fundierte Kenntnisse von APQP und der Lean Philosophie * Selbständige, analytische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise * Offene, teamfähige und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Erfahrungen in hochregulierten Bereichen wie Luftfahrt oder Automotive von Vorteil #### Wir bieten: * Eine spannende Herausforderung im Bereich Aviatik als Anbieter innovativer Produkte * Abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Arbeit * Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen, Vorsorge- und Versicherungsleistungen * Ein aufgestelltes, junggebliebenes und hochmotiviertes Team * kurze Entscheidungswege und flache Hierarchien Das alles in einem familiengeführten Unternehmen, welches seit über 70 Jahren mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten erfolgreich im Markt ist.#### Für Fragen stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung Marcel Bodmer Leiter Produktionsmanagement & Einkauf +41 44 806 24 83
