Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.  
  
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our client.  
  
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
  
Pay Range: $71.28 to $84.89 per hour  
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)  
  
  
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Product team in the creation and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns
* Write, edit, and generate high-quality omni-channel marketing collateral for external clients
* Design, develop, and deliver digital marketing content utilizing our agency and/or design software and tools
* Collaborate closely with our creative agency to ideate, conceptualize, and craft innovative and impactful creative concepts and designs
* Execute new and existing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with targeted business metrics and objectives
* Manage projects efficiently, working in a cross-functional environment while ensuring delivery deadlines met and content requirements in place
* Collaborate with stakeholders to measure campaigns and report on program effectiveness
  
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
* Experience in developing marketing materials and strategies to sales teams to increase sales of key products
* Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and measure effectiveness
* Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs
* Ability to work across a complex environment - both internally and externally to lead teams with multiple mandates and differing value drivers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams)
* Experience in health or insurance industry

* Excellent writing, self-editing, and research skills
