Wir bieten: * Überdurchschnittliche Bezahlung * hohe Entwicklungs- und Karrieremöglichkeiten * ein junges und motiviertes Team Deine Aufgaben: Finanzmodellierung und Forecasting: * Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Finanzmodells (P&L, Cashflow, Bilanz). * Erstellung präziser Finanzprognosen und Szenarioanalysen zur Unterstützung von strategischen Entscheidungen. * Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und Überwachung der Budgeteinhaltung. Datenanalyse & Business Intelligence: * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres BI-Systems, inklusive Datenintegration und -modellierung. * Erstellung von Dashboards und Berichten zur Visualisierung von KPIs und operativen Kennzahlen. * Automatisierung von Reporting-Prozessen und Etablierung von Self-Service-BI-Ansätzen. Digitalisierung & Prozessoptimierung: * Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in den Bereichen Controlling und BI. * Mitarbeit an der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanz- und Analyseprozessen. * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Verbesserung datengetriebener Entscheidungsprozesse. Ad-hoc-Analysen & strategische Projekte: * Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für die Geschäftsleitung. * Unterstützung bei M&A-, Expansions- oder Finanzierungsprojekten. Dein Profil: * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwesen, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzmodellierung, Controlling und BI-Tools * Sicherer Umgang mit Datenbanken (SQL von Vorteil) und fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse. * Erfahrung mit ERP- und Buchhaltungssoftware ist ein Plus. * Analytische Denkweise, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und ein Auge für Details. * Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld. * Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu strukturieren und effizient zu gestalten.
