 Königs Wusterhausen 
 , south of Berlin, we are looking for a
 Flow Manager 
 (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible..
   
  
YOUR FUTHER ROLL:
* You will manage all essential activities on the shop floor.
* You will also be responsible for data collection for the billing of additional costs.
* You will act as a competent contact person for the customer and participate in customer meetings.
* You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with all safety regulations and occupational safety standards.
* You will ensure that all warehouse processes are followed according to our specifications and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and processes for your area.
* You will be responsible for the development and implementation of process changes and/or new processes.
* You will identify potential improvements and develop solution proposals.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
* Ideally, you have completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist and/or have several years of professional experience in a leadership position in the warehouse/logistics sector and advanced knowledge in the use of warehouse management systems.
* You communicate confidently in German, both verbally and in writing.
* You have good user knowledge of common MS Office applications.
* You are willing to work in shifts (2-shift system) and on weekends (2 Saturdays per month).
* You have a responsible and independent working style, analytical skills, and organizational talent.
* Your flexibility, commitment, and reliability complete your profile.
