Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at PM2CM. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making across various projects within the organization. You will play a crucial role in developing insights from data, presenting findings, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our business processes and project outcomes.
*Hybrid work schedule (Wednesday and Thursday in the office).*
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
* Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
* Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data and create meaningful reports that assist in decision-making.
* Assist in the development and implementation of data collection processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support various business initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a project management or business analyst role.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
