 BigPanda is looking for an experienced Value Delivery Manager (Project Manager) to join our fast-growing Professional Services team. In this position, you will put your expertise to use to design project plans, execute projects, influence customer decisions, provide ongoing reports and updates, and guide successful onboarding projects. Be ready to hit the ground running with your ability to shape customer decisions, identify and mitigate risks to projects, and be a clear communicator.

  Responsibilities:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead multiple onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with Solution Architect and Solution Engineer to ensure that the BigPanda solution is able to meet our client&rsquo;s business goals in addition to their technical requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure continuous communication about project status, goals, scope, risks and mitigation plans
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in the BigPanda product
  </li>
  <li>
   Actively contribute to best practices and drive continuous improvement to the PMO
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>

  Requirements:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   3+ years of project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations, PMP Preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources
  </li>
  <li>
   Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a &ldquo;get it done&rdquo; attitude
  </li>
  <li>
   Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience developing risk identification and mitigation plans
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex projects statuses to multiple stakeholders including C-Suite executives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones
